Join us for our premier virtual TTP Conference starting on Tuesday July 14. This will be the first time we have held a TTP Conference remotely and we are taking the opportunity to add additional sessions and to hopefully attract people who would not normally be able to travel to the event. Technical content will of course be the foundation of all of the sessions and we will be including round-table and meet-the-expert sessions to allow for feedback and discussions with Micro Focus staff. There will be no charge for attendance.
The simplified outline of the conference will be as follows:
Tuesday July 14 – Management Day – where Keynotes, sessions and road-maps will be directed towards the management of your computing services organisation.
Wednesday/Thursday July 15 & 16 – Two days of conference sessions.
Friday July 17 & Monday July 20 – Multiple half-day (4 hour) lecture demo workshops. These sessions will dig a little deeper into topics and be ideal training for staff within your organisation. There will be two options in the morning and two in the afternoon on each day.
Tuesday July 21 – Thursday July 23 – Three more days of conference sessions.
Standard conference sessions will run from 10am Central Time to 5.15pm Central Time each day with on average a fifteen-minute gap between sessions to allow for over-runs and coffee. The majority of the sessions will be single track although there will be some which we have to run as dual track to fit everything into the allocated time.
Currently we have 60 topics on the agenda and 8 workshops. The final timetable will not be published until the week before the event but you will find a list of the current topics being covered below.
Registration is open to all members of the TTP and their colleagues at academic sites. If you know of any academic who would like to join the TTP they may do so free of charge by following the link to the TTP Website and they can then take advantage of the other membership benefits. There is no need to register your management as TTP members in order for them to attend the Management Day but do of course register them for the conference.
We look forward to welcoming you to our event in July. Please pass on the event details to anyone that you think might be interested in attending.
